New publication – Wanda Landowska and the rediscovery of the harpsichord
A new article about Wanda Landowska has been published. Wanda Landowska was one of the most outstanding musicians of the 20th century. Her career spanned more than six decades and she is considered a pioneer of historical performance practice and one of the most important interpreters of the music of the Baroque era, particularly the works of Johann Sebastian Bach (1685 – 1750).
