New in the Collection – Square Piano by August Kulmbach, Heilbronn c. 1828 – 1835

A new square piano by the German piano maker August Kulmbach has been added to the Eric Feller Collection. The elegant instrument was built around 1828 – 1835 and is a testimony to German piano making in the first half of the 19th century. The instrument impresses with its great sonority and light touch of the keyboard, which makes it a perfect instrument of the classical and early romantic eras.
